Ayse and Mustafa are owners of the place. However, Mustafa often introduce hisself as gardener, as he takes care of the garden. He spend most of the time at Delfin but for sure he will do the barbecue at St. Nicholas Restaurant like everyday for last 24 years. Ayse is the real boss in the place, she manages all the finance issues. she also cooks traditional turkish foods at the Restaurant.
Gokhan and Tunahan are sons of the family. Gokhan is studying tourism at university at the moment. He is not the most experienced but the most educated person about tourism at St. Nic's. Tunahan -myself- is recently graduated from architecture school. He is responsible for all the tecnology related things at St. Nic's, including reservations and desing of the website.
Recep and Erdal are the boys working at St. Nicholas Pension. They are both from the village. Erdal have worked in different hotels as chief in Antalya and finaly moved to St. Nic's to be closer to his family. Recep has work experience in different places in Patara. He serves breakfast and meals at the restaurant with Gokhan.
